1. Introduction

1.1 The purpose of this user guide

This user guide was designed in order to get familiarized and learn how to work with GoAntiFraud service. To start working with the service, it is necessary to visit GoAntiFraud website - https://goantifraud.com/

1.2. Brief description

GoAntiFraud service allows to simulate human behaviour in GSM network with the highest efficiency with the help of GoIP equipment.

This user guide allows to familiarize with service details, purposes and principles of operation. Following the instructions of this user guide, it becomes possible to independently and easily connect equipment to the service, customize its continuous work, manage settings of the service, consider and implement its extensive functionality to achieve the goals.

2. Getting started

2.1. Necessary equipment

In order to work with GoAntiFraud service, it is necessary to have GoIP GSM-Gateway manufactured by Hybertone with the firmware version GS-4.01-56 or above, and GoIP SIM-bank manufactured by Hybertone with firmware version SMB-1.01-22 or above.

2.2. Internet-connection requirements

Internet connection of at least 250 kb/s and not more than 5% loss is a must in order to perform good quality operation of 8 ports.

3.Operation description

3.1. Preparation service to work

3.1.1. User Registration

For registration and using of the service one should enter the website address: https//goantifraud.com/.

After clicking on the button on the top of the webpage, the following registration form is opened.

  • Set login to be used at each logging in the service in the field “Login”.
  • Enter your e-mail address into the field “Email”.
  • In the next field a password should be entered, which is used outright with the User name at each logging in the service.
  • Repeat the aforesaid password in the field “Password again”.
  • You may enter your telephone number in the next field called “Phone” but it`s not obligatory. Enter the promo code if you have got the promo-code from the promo-card of free trial for 1 month, or for lifetime 10% discount. These cards are distributed while marketing activities

After pressing of button “Try it” get to the main page of the service.

It is not necessary to confirm registration. However, an mail of customers support service will be sent to your email, confirming your success registration.

You can immediately use our service after success registration.

3.1.2. Add location

Location - is a place, where your equipment is physically located (GSM gateways). While adding the location we simultaneously set some parameters of SIM cards performance. In the upper left window of GoAntiFraud user interface click button

or call the context menu with help of right mouse button and then choose “Add Location”

Set SIM-card load interval, that is the interval of cards’ loading into the gateways of the given location.

Below, in the General limits box, set calls limit and duration limit for one card on this given location between SIM card’s counter resets.

In the Session limits box set calls limit and duration limit for the card on this given location during its one working session.

For the convenient use of the service user-help prompts are available for each field, hold the mouse pointer over "?" to activate them.

In order to close SIM-card actions to human behavior, the function of % deviation from the set values is available in the edit location form.

In the "Name" field, specify the name of the location. For example: "Location 1".

The "Download interval" indicate how often the SIM card will be registered in the GSM network at this location.

Put there value “5 minutes”. It means that every next SIM card will be registered on the network within 5 minutes after the logging was started on the previous. This feature is useful because it prevents the simultaneous registration of a large number of your SIM cards on a single base station. Define % deviation from the set value (+/-) of 10%.


In the “General limits” tab set “Calls limit” for the card to fulfill within this given location between counters reset.

Below insert the maximum amount of time that each SIM card can "talk" within this given location - "Duration limit" field.

Define % deviation from the set value of 10%.

In the "unload interval" set the time interval session. For example: 3 hours, if for some reason, the card is not able to meet these limits on, it will still be automatically unloaded from the location after 3 hours.

The same parameters of calls limit and duration limit are set in the “Session limits” window below for one session period of card working on the given location.

Press button "Save"

Now watch created location in the Location field.

If the location icon is gray - it is not active yet. As soon as the gateway is connected, the picture will change its color to green.

3.1.3. Connect gateway

After adding the Location go ahead and connect gateway to the service. In the bottom left screen window, below the Locations window there is a field of GSM gateways.

Press "Add Gateway" button to connect the GSM gateway to the service or call out the context menu by the right mouse button and choose “Add Gateway”

At the beginning of GSM gateway connection there will be a window showing the variants of connection. It is possible to select one connection from three variants.

Public IP is used when your Gateway is directly connected to internet and PPTP is used to connect through router. PPTP is a faster, more reliable and convenient type of connection in compare to Public Ip. Proxy is the most controllable and safest type of connection as there is no direct connection between clients and server, and all external traffic is concentrated in one place - proxy-server.

Yet the PPtP connection will provide you higher data protection level than Public IP.

Press "Next" button to continue.

On the first step the information about firmware current version is available. Assure your gateway firmware is supported by our service. As well as there is a link reference to download the stable version, if it is not suitable for the correct operation of the equipment with the server GoAntiFraud.

Make sure that a necessary firmware is used and press "Next" button.

On the second step you will see the settings provided by GoAntiFraud service. If you chose PPtP connection, there will be server ip, username and password.

Insert the data to the appropriate fields in the web interface of the connected GSM gateway:

Put the checkmark against Enable. Then input received data into the appropriate fields in order to connect the gateway with the GoAntifraud server. Copy and paste received server ip into PPTP Server field; username into the PPTP Username field and password into PPTP Password field. Then press "Save Changes".

If you chose Proxy connection, enter the received settings from our server (Remote Server, Remote Server Port, Remote Server ID, Remote Server Key) in the Web interface of your equipment. You can do it in “Configuration” - "Preferences" -> Remote Control

Mark the item PPTP VPN in the web-interface as Enable. Then input received data into the appropriate fields in order to connect the gateway with the GoAntifraud server. Copy and paste received server ip to PPTP Server line; received username into the PPTP Username line; received password into PPTP Password line. Then press "Save changes".

In order to renew the information, reboot your GSM gateway. Go to “Tools”, press “Reboot” and confirm it.

After successful rebooting go back to your GoAntiFraud environment and press "Next"

On step 3 GoAntiFraud server detects the connected gateway and asks for the Web-interface login and password.

Input the data and press "Next"

Step 4. The server updates the serial number and model of the detected GSM gateway.

Confirm the serial number and model of the detected GSM gateway. On Step 5 give the name to your Gateway and select the location.

Press "Finish" button, the Gateway is ready for use. Now it appears in the GSM-gateways tab of GoAntiFraud service interface.

After the gateway is connected, its channels are displayed in the right gateway window. Also the location becomes active.

3.1.4. Connect SIM-bank

To connect your SIM-bank to GoAntiFraud server, proceed to “Config” - “Sim Bank Manager”.


New window will appear, press "Add SIM Bank" or open contextual menu by right click of the mouse and choose "Add"

The process of s SIM bank connection to the server is similar to the GSM gateway connection that was described in the paragraph above.

Choose PPTP type of connection, press "Next".

First step is to check the information about the correct version of the SIM-bank firmware, that is supported by our service. You can use the download link of stable version of the firmware, if your firmware is not supported by GoAntiFraud.

After you have made sure that you have the right firmware, press "Next".

On the second step you will get configurations, provided by GoAntiFraud’s server.

They are server ip, username & password.

You should copy-paste this data to the relevant fields in the Web-interface of the SIM-bank.

Position PPTP VPN in web interface should be marked as Enable. Pasted all the data to the relevant fields to connect your equipment to GoAntifraud server. Copy server ip and paste to PPTP Server; username to PPTP Username; and password to PPTP Password. Press “Save Changes”.

To apply all the changes, you should reboot the SIM-bank. Go to “Tools”, tab “Reboot” and confirm reboot.

Once the SIM-bank is rebooted go back to GoAntiFraud interface and press "Next".

On the third step of the SIM bank connection to GoAntiFraud enter login and password from the SIM bank Web interface.

Input the information and press "Next".

Next step is to clarify if the SIM-bank is the right one by checking its model and serial number.

If everything is correct, approve by pressing "Next" button.

On the final step, name the connected SIM-bank.

Press "Finish" and SIM-bank is ready for work.

Now in “SIM-bank Manager” tab the connected equipment is displayed with its index number, name, IP address, and position.

After the SIM bank connection, all of its SIM cards will be displayed in the right window of the main interface.

Detailed information regarding sim-cards is represented below.

3.1.5. Add carrier

One of the most important settings is carriers adding. Each carrier has its own particular code which helps a user to identify the carrier.

In order to add a carrier it is necessary to proceed to the “Config” menu and select “Carriers”.

Click the right mouse button in the opened window in order to call out context menu and select “Add” button.

Enter the name of a mobile network carrier, in the “Name” field. It is also necessary to add particular carrier`s code in international format. After that, you must specify the “Count of digits in number", becouse the operators in different countries may have different number of digits. Then in the "Add code" need to enter the code on the mobile phone operator who will call the sim card and click on the icon . It is not necessary to type the “+” symbol , because it is set automatically.

It is necessary to enter the code of carrier in the “Add Code” field. Press "+" button in order to add the code into the list.

Press the "+" button and the parameters are ready for work. Notice that each carrier is marked by its particular id number in the “Carriers” window. It is possible to edit already existed carriers or delete unnecessary ones.

3.1.6. Add Tariff and Tariff-limit

To create Tariff and Tariff limits, go to the “Config” menu and choose “Tariffs”.


There are two large windows: "Tariffs"and “Tariff-limits”.

Tariff is a set of rules for the card follow while working in GSM network, and Tariff-limit is used to configure limitations for the rules set in the given Tariff referring to the certain Carrier.

Press "Add Tariff" button in the “Tariff” window and begin to create parameters of work for the SIM-card in the opened window.

First assign the “Name” of the Tariff.

Then choose “Duration limit” (that is maximum number of minutes for the card to use before counters’ reset).

The max. number of calls which the card can use within this Tariff is set in the “Calls limit” field.

There are %-deviation fields to the right of those above mentioned fields



Using this parameter, one can set % ratio of the given parameters.

In case if you have set the calls limit - “10”, and the % ratio of 20%, the SIM card will fulfill 8 to 12 calls per day according to this Tariff.

It is available to set the card to use only bonus minutes or not to by the help of the “Use only bonus” field. If it is activated the card won’t call while the bonus minutes counter equals to 0.

In the “After-loading Pause” field the user can set the idle time after loading to the GSM network.

In the “Generated calls” field satisfy the ratio of generated calls to total number of the calls for the card within this tariff. 20 % is a recommended meaning. In the case of maximum meaning of 50 %, the card will call inside the system without taking traffic.

In the “No load block” field input the maximum number of possible loading into GSM network attempts for the card to try, before the system will block it.

In the “Loading timeout” choose the maximum amount of the time that a SIM card can spend for the registration in GSM network.

In the “Min balance” field set the level of balance at which the card will be locked and sent to the Sim Block Report to wait for refill.

The field of “Pause” is used to set the pause duration between SIM card’s calls. % ratio is also applied to this meaning.


It is possible to order the card to change the location in the “Change location” field, if there are several locations created in the system. But if the given function is activated along only one location, the card won’t continue to work after one iteration.

In the field “Next counters reset” user should set the date and the time of the next counters reset.

Choose the interval between counter resets in the field “Reset intervals (in hours)”.

In “Clients” list you can choose clients (originators) whose traffic will be configured by the given tarrif.

If you mark “Track failed calls”, you will see additional settings that allows to program the actions of service in concern to traffic quality.

In “Short calls (sec)” you can set in seconds the maximum duration of calls that service perceives as short ones. The index -1 will deactivate this field.

In “Short calls to rellocation” one can set the quantity of short calls in a row after which the card will unload from the given location and will try to load in another one due to tariff.

“Short calls limits” is to set the limits for short calls, quantity of which is allowed for a card before counters reset. The limit reach will block Sim-card.

In “Zero calls to rellocation” you can set the quantity of zero calls in a row after which the card will unload from the given location and will try to load in another one due to tariff.

In “Zero calls limits” you can set the limit of calls that due to some reason failed. The limit reach will stop Sim-card work. The index -1 will deactivate this field.

“Failed calls before unload” is a field to establish the quantity of failed calls after which Sim-card will unload from location and will try to load in again.

In “Failed calls before block” you can set the quantity of failed calls after reach of which Sim-card will be blocked and sent to SIM block report.

“Failed intercalls to rellocation” is to set the quantity of generated calls after which the card will unload from the given location and will try to load in another one due to tariff.

“Failed intercalls before block” is to set the quantity of failed generated calls, the reach of which will block and send Sim-card in SIM blick report.

Finally press "Save" button and the tariff is ready for use.

In the “Tariff-limits” window it is available to set parameters of SIM card work, which are used to allow the cards calling to definite carriers with definite duration limits.

Press the "Add Tariff Limit" button in the “Tariff- limits” window and go to the window appeared.

In the “Price” field 1 minute fee should be insert.

In the next “Duration limit” field choose the needed limit of call duration.

Insert the needed meaning in the “Calls limit” field.

Choose the Carrier to which the limits should be applied in the “Carrier” field.

Press the "Save" button. The limit for the given Carrier is created and ready for use.

3.1.7. Add color

The colors in GoAntiFraud interface are used in order to mark channels in GSM-Gateways and SIM-cards in SIM-bank. The purpose of coloring is actually show SIM-cards what channels they are able to proceed.

To add the color it is necessary to proceed the “Config” menu and select “Colors” button.


Click the right mouse button in opened window, call out the context menu and select “Add” button.

The “Name” field should contain name of the color. In the second field, which is called “Color” we choose desired color. You are provided with palette where it is necessary to choose desired color and shade.

Click the button "Ok".

Click the button "Save".

The created colors and information such as id number, names are displayed in the Colors window.

3.1.8. SIM-card coloring

In order to apply the color, we need to go back to the main window of GoAntiFraud interface. We can paint one of the already existed SIM-cards using the “yellow” color. Click the right mouse button on SIM-card select “Change”->”Change color”->”Yellow”.

Now we can notice that SIM-card is colored by yellow.

3.1.9. Gateway channel coloring

The SIM-card is not able to operate, until the color is not assigned to one of the Gateway channels.

Thus, let`s color the Gateway channel by “yellow”. If the channel be marked by another color, SIM-card will not operate.

In order to mark the channel by some color, it is necessary to click right mouse button on one of the channels and select option “Change color”, than “Yellow”.

Notice that the channel is marked by “Yellow” color either.

3.1.10. Practical demonstration of the SIM-card booting into the channel

In the channel window we can see that SIM-card with the position of 27.03 begins to load. Icon of the SIM-card becomes orange from gray. This means that SIM-card begins to load into the channel:

In the channel window, we also see that SIM-card with the position of 27.03 is loaded into the channel:

On the main page there is a tab interface "tab log." It is located in the bottom of the interface. This tab displays all activities that occur with SIM-cards and channels. Message about the process of downloading the SIM-cards, you can see in this tab:

Once the SIM card is loaded into the channel, it will change to green.

Information that the SIM-card was loaded into the channel can be seen in "log tab".

Thus, the card has loaded into the channel and ready to work.However, for the successful operation of SIM-cards, needed another equally important settings. One of such important settings is a creation of USSD requests.

3.1.11. Creating of USSD requests

The USSD editor allows you not only to send USSD requests and receive responses from the operator, but also to parse from the posts necessary information - for example balance, availability of bonus minutes and so on. To get into the editor, press the button "Settings" and select "USSD editor".


In the resulting window, click the right mouse button and select “Add”.

Start with the settings window "General".

In the “Name” field, specify the name of the query, such as “Balance Test”.

In the field "active", you can enable or disable this USSD. This function is useful when creating a large number of USSD-requests for specific tariffs, but there is no need to activate them at the moment.

In the "Tariff" form you need to choose the tariff to which it is tied USSD, and it will be sent to all SIM-cards of this tariff.

The "Block" function means the blocking of outgoing calls terminated in so far as USSD will not be executed successfully.

Successful USSD-request is received from the operator when the response meets the user's expectations. If USSD has not been sent, or the answer is not as expected, USSD request will not be considered successful. For what is it used for? For example, if you want to use only the bonus minutes for calls, you create a USSD request for bonus minutes, and until they will order, calls of this SIM card is prohibited.

The next field with the name "Scheduled Requests", i.e, the schedule of sending.

The schedule of sending can be of 2 types: “Use at once” and the actual schedule itself.

If you use “Use at once” then once the card is registered in the GSM network and will be able to send USSD-request, it will send it once for all time. If then, after a while, the same tariff will be added to the new SIM card - just as they once fulfill this USSD-request as soon as the sign up in the GSM network.

If you want to create your USSD sent regularly with some frequency, set the "Schedule".

“On load” SIM card will send USSD-request each time after registering in GSM network. Yet it won’t take the calls until a success answer.

“On load order” — that is the order of sending USSD-requests. If there are several USSD-requests within one tariff, you can set the order of preferences for those. Then set the parameters of USSD schedule.

“Calls” You can configure USSD sending, for example after each fifth call. If insert the percentage variation +\- 50 % USSD will be send between 3 to 7 calls.

“Duration” means that sim card will send the USSD-request each time after the given time duration calls are proceeded.

“Interval” set time interval in this field according to which the USSD is to sent irrespectively of calls number or calls duration.

If all three parameters are set USSD will be sent when the first of the limits is reached, the system will choose the first reached of parameters.

If to set only one script is washable, input 0 in all other fields. If 0 is input in all three fields USSD-request won’t be sent.

In case if the USSD-request is not successful and\or you didn’t get the answer you wanted set the number of attempts you allow the card to use before automatic changing the parameters of its work.

Tracking of failed USSD attempts is proceeded in three steps.

“Fails to call blocking” - that is the number of failed USSD-requests, after which you set the service to block outgoing calls for the card, to avoid card blocking by the operator. If USSD isn’t of success, it is possible something’s wrong, that’s why we set to stop calling for the further verification after 5 unsuccessful attempts. After that the card continues to send USSD with the interval input in the field “Fail pause”, e.g. 20 minutes.

After the system didn’t get a correct answer for the 5 times and outgoing calls are blocked, the card continues USSD attempts till the number set in the “Fails to unload” field. E.g. after the 10 unsuccessful attempts, if the waited USSD-answer isn’t got, the card will try to unload the present channel and load to the another GSM gateway and will goes on sending USSD from there.

For instance, if a SIM card sends 10 USSD requests, and there are no expected responds to them, a SIM card will try to unload from the current channel and load into another one where it will go on trying to send a USSD request.

A SIM card will go on sending USSD until it reaches the point of maximal attempts given in the “Block” field.

The parameters in these fields are set by users of their own free choice; the recommended parameters in the fields may be changed.

You may create a scenario of a SIM card blocking by yourself with the help of the described means.

Using a USSD Editor allows not only to send a USSD request but also to check whether it was successful and read off all the data needed.

For that purpose there is a “Regular Expression Editor” in our service. To get an actual response to a USSD request, input a USSD request into the indicated field according to the rules of the carrier, then put a checkmark next to “Success”.

Go to the Regular Expression Editor window by clicking the “Edit” button.

“Regexp editor” allows to send a USSD request and determine the actual response. Here you can see a USSD request that’s been just sent.

In order to send a test USSD request, choose the tariff using which you are going to send a test USSD request and an active SIM card of that tariff to send USSD from it. Send it by clicking the button

We receive a response in this window. By clicking the button export it to the editor where we will be able to make certain actions with it

Here we can see a couple of buttons for working with a USSD response.


You can also create more complicated constructions using the button .

In the received response we highlight numbers as demonstrated in Figure 3.60 and click the button .

Change the variable text from the USSD into a regular expression with the help of button .

As a result, the USSD request became a construction:


After that every time when the SIM card balance gets checked, the actual balance will be displayed in the SIM card “balance” field.

The “Success” checkmark means that according to the given scheme, a USSD expression will be sent by a SIM card according to the given parameters. When a SIM card receives a response, with the help of the regular expression defines it and its content fits the given regular expression, this USSD will be considered to be successful and finished. The next time the USSD will be sent according to the sending schedule parameters - when one of the counters reaches the limit that’s been set. And it will never be sent again from that SIM card if there was chosen the “Use it Once” mode.

In the USSD window there is a function that allows to recognize an unsatisfactory response to a USSD request and take certain actions with the SIM card. In order to parse a negative response in the USSD Editor window, add another possible variant of the carrier’s response.

If a USSD-response is parsed as “Case 2”, you can change the parameters of work for this given SIM-card by using “Tariff” option from the “Select the field” list.

The “Color” option allows to change the color of a given SIM card if a USSD-response is parsed as in“Case 2”. For instance, if you paint a SIM card with the color that has not been given to any of the gateway channels, a SIM card will be forbidden to work.

The “Bonus” function allows to get a bonus, and it’s possible both to check the bonus account by the incoming message: “ You’ve got 20 bonus minutes…” and to add bonuses in case if you had 5 bonuses then ordered 20 bonuses more and now 25 bonuses are available.

“Bonus till” button is used to set the date until the given bonus is available.

“Next Load” option is used to set the card not to load into the channel till a certain date. For example, you can order the service jr subscribe to a new tariff, but it is not needed for now - in this case you can use two options parallelly: “Tariff” and “Next Load” for configuring the cards going in the GSM network.

“Force unload” is used to unload the card immediately out of the GSM network once the given variant of message is received.

The “Activated” option enables the user to change SIM card’s activity status as well as to check whether it is not blocked by the Oparator.

The “Next try” option allows to set the time of next time of this given USSD request free of turn set above in the “Schedules”.

Multistage USSD requests.

Our service allows the cards to send multistage USSD requests and parse USSD responses to it. There can be any number of steps within the USSD request.

For example, the USSD request for activating a service package of “Minutes within the network” of the Operator.

In the upper tabs of the USSD Editor window set the parameters of sending the USSD request and fails tracking (as it is above described).

Go to Regexp editor window automatically, choose Tariff, SIM card and click button. In case if it is successful, send the message to the Regexp editor tab by clicking While sending the multistage USSD request all steps should be done rather quickly, depending on the Operator the max pause between steps can be from 1 to 2 minutes. After getting the first response, choose the variant of further step, 3 in this given case. Save .

At the conclusion 3 staged USSD request is created. The GoAntiFraud service gives the possibility to send multistaged USSD requests and to parse responses to each of the steps. In case if one of the responses differs, it is better to input “.” instead of regular expressions (for each step). Then the system will accept every response.

3.1.12. Completion of settings and setting-up procedure

For the success completion of settings and starting the system to work you should exchange data with tour originator client.Go to the “Config” menu and choose “Traffic settings” item. In the window appeared the following fields and information are available: “Tech Prefix”, “Your IP address for clients” and “Add client name”. In first two lines there is the information for your client to give. The last line is for you to input the IP address of your client. There can be any number of clients connected to one user in the service. After all the information in inserted the service is ready to use.

4. Additional features

4.1. SMS requests

4.1.1. Incoming SMS editing

SMS Editor is used in the GoAntiFraud system for reading the incoming SMS messages parsing the information from them and determining actions with the sim cards depending on the contents of the incoming SMS.

In the main tab of the user environment in the Sim bank window click the right mouse button and open context menu for the card. Choose the “History” item and move to “SMS History”. Here it is available to see all incoming messages to the card.

It is seen that incoming messages regularly are sent from the number 255 about the given sim card’s low balance.

Take a copy of this message, or just a part of it, and go to the “Incoming SMS Editor”.


Create a new SMS rule by clicking the “Add SMS” button.

This given SIM card regularly gets the messages about balance information. Usually such messages come when the balance is low. Send this SMS sample to the “Regexp Editor” window by clicking the “Edit” button.

Mark out the digit meaning of balance in the SMS text and click button, for the system to parse such messages in further and change the parameters of work for the card in accordance to the scenario created by the user.

Test the construction by the help of SMS editor. Save. Additionally it is possible to add additional fields, for example, “Force unload” or change the Tariff for it, named for example, “Refill me”. Now in accordance with the created SMS rule when a message with the similar text comes to any of the cards with the tariff “orange -> mc”, it will be parsed and the card will change its Tariff to the one which is not allowed to work but only to mark the cards waiting for the refill.

4.1.2. Incoming SMS editing

GoAntiFraud service connects equipment of the client to SMS server that helps to configure SMS dispatch from the cards in work, which is a sign of human behavior of SIM-cards in GSM network.

In the field “Tariff” select the tariff which will be applied by the given rules of SMS sending rules.

In the line “Fail before block” you have to specify the number of failed attempts that a card is allowed to make before it will be forbidden to make calls. In the next passage “Ban” you specify the number of failed attempts to send SMS, the reach of this limit will forbid cards to make outbound calls.

“Fails before reload” is a field where you put the number of failed attempts to send SMS, the reach of this limit will automatically unload the card from the working channel of GSM gateway and will send it in SIM Block report.

“General limits” window

“Pause after fail” is here to set a pause to the next attempt after failed dispatch.

“Send SMS interval” is a temporary interval between successful attempts to send the outcoming SMS.

“Used minutes before SMS sending” is a field to set general quantity of minutes for the generated and terminated calls between SMS dispatch.

In “Calls count” you have to specify the numerical limit of calls count before the next attempt of SMS dispatch.

“Language” panel you have to select the language made up in “SMS templates”.

In the next field it is important to indicate the phone number that will receive the aforesaid SMS. If you leave it empty, SMS will be sent to a random number from SIM group that SIM-card is part of.

In “Text” you need to state the text of a message. The empty field will be considered as a command for an automatic selection of a message from previously made up templates.

4.1.3. SMS template editor

Select “Config”, then proceed to SMS - SMS templates editor.

In a new window you have to make a language that shall be applied to the text of the messages. Click RMB in left column and choose add button . In the following window you can name your language.

Save the name.

In the right column you can see Message text tab.

Open the tab to create template of text message by clicking RMB and "Add" button.

Type the text of the message in the proper field and save it by appropriate button.

We recommend to create several templates of text messages for one language.

4.2. Reports panel

4.2.1. Call history

Call history report provides a journal about the work of equipment and has an informative report on transmitted calls.

To get information about SIM-card calls one has to set filters in “Lastapp” and apply time period for report. “Tariff” of SIM-cards, “Originator” who sends calls and his IP address, as set below. In the bottom of the panel select the desired format of information and click “Render”.

In order to control the quality of traffic you can survey not just the statistics of SIM-cards calls, but listen to the record of media stream in an integrated player.

It is worth to say that GoAntiFraud expands the settings of GoIP in web-interface as well, like “Volume” panel that was made by manufacturer but inaccessible in a menu before. With concern to the record of media stream now, you can adjust the volume on the gates for its channel.

To change rendering parameters of required data, click “Reset Filter” and enter new ones.

4.2.2. Fast Stat

Call history

In this report you can see the work statistics of your equipment for a certain period, and statistics of each gateway by hour. In case of need, you can decrease the load on the gateway by such parameter as “maximum card count” (often used on gateways with few slots to decrease the load in rush hour)./

4.2.3. SIM Block Report

SIM Block Report is the tab of the service where blocked SIM cards are shown, blocked by the GoAntiFRaud service because of different reasons. That could be call duration limit reached, or calls limit exceeded, or unsuccessful USSD response.

To follow the SIM Block Report go to Config menu and choose “SIM Block Report” item.

The cards blocked because of the following reasons are sent to SIM Block Report:

- No login - that means that the card couldn’t login correctly into one of the GoIP systems within the service. To amend the situation reset the devices.

- Block Balance - means the card’s balance was found low by means of USSD, incoming SMS with a certain information or low balance was detected by parameters of the Tariff. To amend the reason refill SIM cards’ accounts and reset balance block.

- Block OP - the card is blocked by the Operator.

- DDuration - SIM card been sent to the SIM Block Report after the call limit was reached inserted in the system configuration of parameters. After the counters reset the card will go back to work.

- DCalls - SIM card is sent to the Report because the calls limit is exceeded, that one which is set in the system configurations.

- No Load the card exceeded allowed number of registration attempts into the GSM network

- No GSM - the card hadn’t loaded to the GSM network on whatsoever reasons.

- No load counters

4.3. Road Map

Road map (a map for location changing) is a set of rules applied to SIM-cards to move between different locations. According to this function the card will not load in the same location twice in a row (except you make such a rule), simulating the human behavior in GSM network.

To make a route click Config - Road Map.

In a new tab click RMB on an empty area and select Add.

In a new panel you have to name your map, i.e. Route 1, and in Locations tab you need to mark SIM-card “arrival” locations among which it will be traveling.

In this panel you can oblige the SIM-card to move FROM one location TO another. You can specify how much time the SIM-card will be “offline” while moving FROM Location 1 TO Location 2.

In case you leave the interval empty, the service won’t be able to use road map.

In case the location provides several directions (more than one parameter in Location passage), the SIM-card will choose the route randomly.

Take in concern that if there are 3 routes, i.e. 10, 15 and 20 minutes, the SIM-card will choose the shortest one, because the blockage of this route will be deactivated sooner than the other routes.

After you completed the grid, save the rules for this SIM-card by clicking "Save"

To use the new map, proceed to Tariffs tab.

Road Map

You can either create a new tariff, or upgrade the existing one with the route rules. To do so, choose an existing tariff and click RMB on it. In tariff editor mark the line “Not duplicate location” and select the desired Road Map.

The road map must be appointed to each tariff separately. One road map can be appointed to several tariffs.

4.4. Event Log

GoAntiFraud service has its event log with the list of all the events which took place during the working session.

The events are displayed in the bottom corner of the GoAntiFraud main page.

You can choose what exact events there will be displayed in the event log. In order to do that, you have to click your right mouse button on the “Log tab” line and choose the “Log tab settings” option. Then a new window appears and there you can give this log tab a name and configure the number of the lines to be displayed.

You can also see marked events that display in the event log. You can unmark the events that you don’t want to be displayed.

There are some details on each of the events:

While working with the GoAntiFraud service, the log tab automatically highlights all the main procedures. They are shown in the lower part of the GoAnti Fraud main page.

You can yourself choose what exact logs will be shown there. To do so, you have to click the right mouse button on the “Log tab” line. In the appeared window you can give a name to your tab and determine the number of logs that are to be shown.

Lower you can see the logs marked with checkmarks. Those are the ones that are shown in the log tab. You can also unmark the logs that you’re not interested in. Let’s take a look at every one of them.

In the first line the “Sim load started” log means that a SIM card has started to load into the GSM gateway channel. The “Pin change fail - gate offline” log means that the system can’t change a PIN code because it can’t find connection with the GSM gateway.

“Pin change fail” means that most likely the error was caused by the wrong SIM card’s PIN code settings.

“Binded” - the card has binded into the GSM gateway channel.

“Registered” - the card has registered in the GSM network.

“Qualified” - the card has received a definite GSM signal level.

“Insert SIm failed” - The error of the SIM card’s loading into the GSM gateway.

“Bind timeout” - The limit of time for binding the card into the channel has expired.

“gsm timeout” - The limit of time for registration the card in the GSM network has expired.

“Load aborted - USSD fail” - the message appears if an attempt to send a USSD is failed on the condition that the “block” function in the USSD settings is on.

“opening channel” - means that the channel is opening.

“Gate {0} online” - The GSM gateway with the corresponding number is in use.

“Gate {0}offline” - The GSM gateway with the corresponding number is not in use.

“Bank {0} online” - The SIM bank with the corresponding number is in use.

“Bank {0} offline” - The SIM bank with the corresponding number is not in use.

And there are the SIM cards status logs.

“sim banned - low credit”.

“sim banned - too many failed USSD”.

“sim banned - no load limit reached”.

“sim banned - USSD result.

“Unloading - limit reached” - one of the SIM card’s limit has been reached.

“Unloading - too many failed USSD” - the limit of failed USSD requests has been reached.

“Unloading - color changed” - card’s unloading because of the channel color change. “Unloading- user request” - card’s unloading according to the user’s request.

“Unloading- gate offline” - card’s unloading because of the GSM gateway not being in use.

“Unloading- bank offline” - card’s unloading because of the SIM bank not being in use.

“Unloading - gate and bank offline” - card’s unloading because of the GSM gateway and SIM bank not being in use.

“calling” - the card is calling.

“Сall started. dst = {0}” The card has started to make a call. In the brackets there is the phone number the card is calling to.

“Call ended dst.={0} duration ={1}” - The call to the phone number {0} has ended, call duration - {1}.

“USSD {0} executed: {1}” - The USSD request from the card (number {0}) has been executed successfully.

“USSD не fail:{0]“ - The USSD request has been failed.

“Sending USSD {0}” - the USSD sending.

“ USSD success:{0}” - the USSD has been executed successfully.

“Found new sim” - the previous SIM card can’t go on being in use for some reasons. The system has found another SIM card.

“Load aborted: found old SIM”.

“Load aborted: found new sim in used slot”.

“Load aborted: found old sim in used slot”.

“Load aborted: can’t read IMSI”.

“Unexpected IMSI. Unexpected {0}, received {1}” - The system informs you that there’s the card in the SIM bank that you have not expected to be there because you have changed the cards in the SIM bank.

Once you have marked the events to be displayed, click the “Save” button. You can also create a few more event logs by clicking the “+” button and mark the events that you wish to be displayed there.

4.5. SIM groups

Road Map

SIM groups ensure the so called parameter as “calls to familiar numbers”, moreover this is how the SIM-cards can make not only outbound calls but inbound as well. During the inbound call a real conversation is being transmitted into media channel.

To configure SIM groups you have to primarily set the percentage of generated calls in the tariff settings (it’s a percentage from general quantity of calls). You can check this parameter in an already existing tariff (“Config” - “Tariff” - RMB on the tariff - “Edit”) or in a new one.

Maximum index of generated calls can be no more than 50%. At the rate of 50% the SIM-cards will call only on themselves without receiving any traffic.

Here you enter the name of a new group and the balance. This is a minimum balance that allows SIM-cards to call among each other.

After this, in a SIM bank window click RMB on a SIM-card and choose “Change” - “Change SIM options” - “SIM group”.

Find a desired group in a dropping list, and this is how you will add it. To establish generated calls among SIM-cards, there have to be at least 2 SIM-cards.

4.6. Black list

This function is designed to reflect the undesired calls on the server and prevent their route on the SIM-card. Proceed to “Config” - “Blacklist”:

Click “Add Black list” or RMB on an empty space and then “Add”. In a new tab enter a number in an international format without “+”.

5. SIM-cards

SIM card is a subscriber identity module used in the mobile connection service. SIM cards are applied in GSM networks.

5.1. SIM-cards history

Click the right mouse button on the SIM card in the SIM bank window in the main tab to open context menu and choose “History” item. The options “SIM Calls History”, “SMS History” and “USSD History” are available to watch.

5.2. Search Channel

“Search Channel” option is used for quick and easy channel searching. By clicking the right mouse button open context menu and choose the “Search channel” item - the channel in which the SIM card is loaded now will mark out.

5.3. Change

5.3.1. Change PIN

In this field it is needed to set a PIN number to one or several SIM cards so they activate in a GSM network successfully. If all SIM cards have the same PIN number, then there may be put a checkmark against the “Set same pin to all” option and set the needed PIN number in the appearing line.

If you need to set different PIN numbers to different SIM cards, choose the “Set different pins to all” option and manually set PIN numbers to each SIM card.

5.3.2. SIM Options

In the “SIM Options” item it is available to change some of the SIM cards parameters. In the field “Own number” you can assign MSISDN of this SIM-card. In the “Balance” field you can input your SIM-cards’s balance. It is used to assign an initial balance of the SIM-card or after balance refill. Opposite the “Activated” item you need to put the green checkmark, if the SIM-card was already activated and ready to work. In the “Tariff” item, you need to choose a tariff, which SIM-card will be connected. SIM-group is used to distribute of generated calls and SMS. Cards will call and send SMS only within their group. Availability of bonus minutes you can assign in the field “Bonus minutes”. In the “Bonus expire date” it is possible to assign the date of ending bonuses of the SIM-card. In the “IMEI” field you can insert IMEI number manually.

5.3.3. Change Color

In the “Change color” item it is available to set or remove the color of the SIM card. The colors are used to set the cards and channels sequence within the system. The card can load into the channel with the same color only.

It is available to reset all the counters of the given SIM-card by clicking the “Reset The Counters” item.

5.5. IMEI

It is available to generate automatically Imei for the card or to set by means of the GoAntiFraud service. Clicking the right mouse button open context menu of the SIM-card and choose the “Imei” item then choose needed variant.

For the system to generate Imei code automatically choose an appropriate item in the menu as it shown in Figure 5.13. That will result an automatical generation and setting the Imei for the given card.

In order to set Imei code for the card manually, go to the context menu of the SIM-card and choose “Set Imei” item. In the same manner, marking a few SIM-cards is possible to assign them Imei.

6. GSM channels

6.1. Show Call Statistics

In order to look through the Call Statistics of GSM-Gateway channel, it is necessary to select “Show Call Statistics” option in the context menu of GSM-Gateway channel.

6.2. Search SIM in a Bank

In order to find SIM-card in the SIM-bank, it is necessary to select “Search SIM in a Bank” option in the context menu of GSM-Gateway channel or make double-click of the left mouse button on the line of the channel.

After clicking, you will be shown the location of SIM-card in the SIM-bank.

6.3. Change color

In order to change color of the GSM-Gateway channel, it is necessary to select “Change color” option in context menu of the GSM-Gateway channel. You will be prompted to select a color from the existing ones, or delete a color, which channel has been painted with.

There are several parameters located in the administration panel. They are: overall speaking time of the SIM-cards, number of SIM-cards which are ready for use, number of SIM-cards which are making outgoing terminated calls, ASR - Answer Seizure Ratio (percentage of answered telephone calls with respect to the total call volume), ACD - Average Call Duration.

7.2. Error messages

There is user panel located in the right up corner of the GoAntiFrud interface. In order to check the correct operation of the system ( i.e. Error messages), it is necessary to click on “bell” symbol. (See Figure 7.2).

In the appeared window you will see the report about equipment connection (GSM-Gateway, SIM-banks), SIM-cards status, date of the event. It helps to detect the faults in time and observe system remotely.

7.3. User menu

7.3.1. Settings

To open User menu click the button with user name in the upper corner of the user environment window as it is shown in Figure 7.4.

After clicking the “Settings” item the User Profile window opens. It is available to change avatar, e-mail address, password and the language of User environment.

In the “Traffic” tab of the window ”Settings” technical data information is indicated: Tech prefix, IP address provided to the use by GoAntiFraud, and it is available to add the information about Clients of the User.

In the “License Fee” tab of the “Settings” window there is the information about the terms of license, as well as it is available to Change the service package type, conditions of account deposit and ways of payment.

SBO Traffic Optimization

Due to competent data optimization, algorithm can significantly reduce the size of the packages, without compressing voice data The principle of the module operation is similar is similar to the SBO VoIP traffic optimization. License Agreement

Terms of use of the GoAntiFraud Service (a public Offer for individuals and legal entities)

Company "UNITED SYSTEM LP ", hereinafter referred to as "Provider", represented by the Director Oleksandr Kara, acting under the Foundation Charter, publishes this Agreement, which is a public Offer (proposal) to provide for the use GoAntiFraud Service and applications (optional modules) to it, as well as other related services.

1.General terms and conditions of the Offer

  • 1.1.These Terms and Conditions are a public Offer (proposal) of the Provider to private persons, legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, containing the essential terms of a service agreement.
  • 1.2.Complete and unconditional acceptance of this Offer is the payment for the services provided in accordance with the present Offer, as well as other similar actions, confirming intention of the person to use the services.
  • 1.3.On acceptance the Offer Customer is considered to aware and to agree with the Offer and is considered to have entered into a contractual relationship with the Provider in accordance with these Terms.
  • 1.4.Without prejudice to the terms of the Offer, the Customer and the Provider have the right at any time to issue a contract for services in writing form.

2.Concepts and definitions included.

The concepts and definitions used in the present Agreement have the following meanings:

  • 2.1. Offer - the present document is published on the site http://www.goantigraud.com/.
  • 2.2.The service (GoAntiFraud) - a list of services provided by giving consumers the opportunity to use the Provider’s software , by giving an access to the Service via the Internet; in this form of distribution, GoAntiFraud consumer must pay a fee for the services provided, and not for the acquisition of non-exclusive license.
  • 2.3.GoAntiFraud - service distributed on the basis of the Commercial Software License.
  • 2.4.Applications (additional modules) to the service GoAntiFraud -, extending the basic functionality of GoAntiFraud.
  • 2.5.Customer - a private person or a legal entity or individual entrepreneur committed an acceptance of the present Offer in accordance with point 1 of the present Agreement.
  • 2.6.Tarrifs - current systematic list of the Provider's services with named tariff plans and the prices, which is published on the website at: http://www.goantifraud.com/ in the form of applications No1 to this Agreement.
  • 2.7.Content - any significant information content of the website in various forms: text, graphic works, including photographs, audio-visual works.
  • 2.8.Customer - a person who carries out the acceptance of the Offer and is a consumer of services according to the present Agreement.
  • 2.9.Agreement - a contract between the Customer and the Provider for the provision of services, which is realised through the acceptance of the Offer.
  • 2.10.Parties - the Customer and the Provider under this Offer.
  • 2.11.Hosting Provider - a company supporting software hosting to the Consumer.

3.The Agreement scope

  • 3.1.Provider offers services to provide for the use of service GoAntiFraud and applications (additional modules) to it, as well as other related services, and the Customer must pay for these services in accordance with the chosen tariff plan.
  • 3.2.Services are provided through the allocation resource by the Provider to the Customer on the server and provide the customer access to these resource through the Internet, required to use the service in accordance with the chosen tariff plan.
  • 3.3.Provider Obligations are limited to the terms of this Agreement. The Provider responsibilities does not include to prevent internet access to the Customer, setup and/ or diagnosing computer hardware and software, as well as training the Customer and/or employees working with software and hardware.
  • 3.4.All questions on the provision of services must be directed to the Provider according to the contact details included in the section "Details of the Provider" of this Agreement.

4.Rights and liabilities of the Provider.

  • 4.1.Provider is obliged to:
    • 4.1.1.Grant an access to the Customer via internet (server address, account name, password) after the payment information confirmation.
    • 4.1.2.Publish all changes and additions to this Agreement, on its website http://www.goantifraud.com/, including changes of the Tariffs not less than ten (10) days prior to the start of their action. Timely notify the customer by e-mail about all the situations requiring further negotiation.
    • 4.1.3.In case if the details change, including bank account details, immediately notify the customer by email.
    • 4.1.4.Provide the Customer with the Service in accordance with the terms of the present Agreement and on the chosen tariff, subject for payment by the Customer service period.
  • 4.2.The Provider has the right to:
    • 4.2.1.Suspend the provision of Services after the end of the subscription period under this Agreement. In the case of suspension of services due to late payment the Provider retains the data (content) of the Customer within thirty (30) calendar days. Provision of the Services is renewed upon receipt of payment for the entire period of suspension and the payment for the next period of the Services by the Customer according to the chosen tariff. After this date the Provider has the right completely to remove the content of the Customer.
    • 4.2.2.Change the Tariffs, the terms of this Agreement and the applications without prior agreement with the Customer, ensuring that the publication of the amended terms on the web site at http://www.goantifraud.com/ not less than ten (10) days prior to their commencement.
    • 4.2.3.Refuse the Customer to provide services in the following cases:
      • Customer poses a threat to the safety, health and safety to people.
      • Provision of the Services can not be due to physical, topographical or other natural obstacles;
      • Customer refuses to pay fees for any services or refuses to perform the terms of Services;
      • Customer or End-user of GoAntiFraud service, used by the Customer uses the Services provided illegal or unlawful manner, thereby causing damage to the Provider or any third party.
    • 4.2.4.At the discretion hire professionals and attract contractors involved in the provision of services under this Agreement.
    • 4.2.5.Verify compliance with any terms of the use of the Service, in particular, referred to in paragraphs 4.2.3, 4.2.5 and 5.1.5 of this Agreement.

5.Rights and liabilities of the Customer

  • 5.1.Customer is obliged to:
    • 5.1.1.Familiarize with this Agreement, its applications, including tariffs, to the date of the Agreement commencement.
    • 5.1.2.Comply with the requirements of the present Agreement, its applications, which are an integral part of the present Agreement.
    • 5.1.3.Accurately, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, pay and accept the Provider's Service in accordance with the chosen Tariff.
    • 5.1.4.Not assign his rights under this Agreement to any third party without the written consent of the Provider.
    • 5.1.5.be fully responsible for compliance with license conditions and other restrictions on the activities of the Customer.
    • 5.1.6. on changing of any contact information, e-mail addresses, locations, names and details of the organization, bank account details and other relevant information, the must immediately notify the Provider in any possible way, as well as to send a written notice signed by the head of the organization under seal.
  • 5.2.Customer has the right to:
    • 5.2.1.Refuse the services of the Provider during the term of this Agreement, and the provision of services paid by the customer before receiving a written rejection of the Services.
    • 5.2.2.Use the services of technical support under the conditions specified in the present Agreement and the applications.
    • 5.2.3. To control the progress of the Services, without interfering into the activities of the Customer, by sending requests for actual information.

6.Offer acceptance. Charges and Payment.

  • 6.1. The services charge of this Agreement is determined by Tariffs and Prices.
  • 6.2. Services Payment to the terms this Agreement is performed by deposit payment in 100% amount based on the Services Price according to the Tariff.
  • 6.3. The payment is considered to be done after the receipt of funds into the Provider’s bank account.
  • 6.4. The Customer is obliged to pay for the Provider’s services within five (5) working days from the date of invoice raising in accordance with the selected Tariff, to confirm this Offer Acceptation.
  • 6.5. A Customer on his own responsible for the accuracy of the payments provided by them, including changing the bank account details of the services Provider since the moment of providing a Customer with new bank account details through their publication on the web site of the Provider. http://www.goantifraud.com/.
  • 6.6.A Fact of providing Services, the scope and price of services are confirmed by the parties in the Certificate of services rendered for a full calendar month or another period of time agreed by the parties. A Certificate of services rendered is sent forward to a Customer’s e-mail address stated in the application for providing Services in the form of an electronic document. If within 5 (five) work days since the moment of the sending the Certificate of services rendered by the services Provider the customer does not make any claim in writing, the parties accept this Certificate of services rendered to be signed, and the Services to be fully rendered and in accordance to this Agreement. Upon the request of a Customer, the services Provider sends them a Certificate of services rendered and an invoice for payment in a written form.
  • 6.7. The Customer pays for the services of the communication (or any other organization providing analogous services) that provides the connection to the server the Provider’s service GoAntiFraud is on, via the Internet..
  • 6.8. Service Payment is accepted from the Customer in non-cash form to the service Provider’s account.
  • 6.9. A choice and using of the way of payment for the Services is carried out by the Customer at his sole discretion and with no responsibility by the services Provider. Security, privacy and other terms of use of the chosen by the Customer way of payment are beyond the scope of this Agreement and are governed by contracts between the Customer and related companies.

7. Maintenance

  • 7.1.Technical requests and claims related to the provision of the Services may be transferred to the Provider through the feedback form on http://www.goantifraud.com/ web site, through Support Forum or Settings Panel of the User environment on the Provider’s web site, as well as by sending an e-mail to our Developers department (the address is provided to the Customer on this Offer Acceptation)

8. Other terms and conditions

  • 8.1. Tariffs are set the same for all customers.
  • 8.2. Tariffs and Prices are promulgated on the website of the Provider http://www.goantifraud.com/. Changes in them are released not less than ten (10) days before they are brought into service.
  • 8.3. For additional services that are not listed in the Tariffs and Prices, but included into the subject of the present Agreement, and on the special conditions of the present Agreement the additional agreements must be signed,and those are an integral part of this License Agreement. The duration and implement conditions of the additional agreements for Services and special conditions of the present Agreement must be determined in additional agreements.
  • 8.4. If any terms of the present Agreement are held invalid or illegal or can not be inured according to applicable laws of the United Kingdom, such Term is considered null and void it must be deleted of the present Agreement and displaced with a new term most similar to the original term of the Agreement, at which time other terms of the present agreement remain in full force and affect.
  • 8.5. When Provider doesn’t exercise any right, operating authority or intendment covered by the present Agreement, it doesn’t mean neither desquamation of terms and conditions of the present Agreement with the following breach of the Agreement, nor desquamation of the right to enforce the Agreement observance by the Customer any time in future.
  • 8.6.This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Provider and the Customer. The Contractor shall not assume any conditions and obligations concerning the subject matter of the offer, other than those specified in this Agreement, besides cases of such conditions or obligations fixed in writing and signed by authorized representatives of the Provider and the Customer If any of additional conditions or additional attachments of the present Agreement are inconsistent with the present Agreement, the contractual provisions of the present Agreement will dominate.
  • 8.7. The Provider is not liable for any damages suffered by the Customer due to the disclosure of his personal account information to third parties.

9. Liabilities of the Parties

  • 9.1 For non-fulfillment or inadequate fulfillment of the obligations under this Agreement, the service Provider and Customer hold financial responsibility in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and under the laws of United Kingdom.
  • 9.2. The customer is on his own responsible for the data content put by them or by the end customer on the Internet using the Provider’s Goantifraud service. As well as for its reliability, purity from claims of third parties and the the legality of their sharing. The service Provider is not responsible for the data content put by the Customer.
  • 9.3. The Customer, using the Internet, is on his own and to the full extend responsible for the harm caused by their actions (personally, by the end customer or third parties via their network credentials) to a personality or property of: citizens, juridical persons, state or moral views of society.
  • 9.4. The service Provider disclaims all liability to the Customer and the end customers for in availability of providing Services for whatever reason not depending on the service Provider including equipment failure, impairment of obligation of the services providers, working conditions (absence of provision of electricity), work delays and shutdowns taking place expressly or by implication because of the reason that is beyond the responsibility and control of the service Provider.
  • 9.5. The Provider is not liable for the quality of telecommunication and communication lines.
  • 9.6. The Provider is on their own responsible for the damage suffered by the Customer and end-users in the use of provided Services only if guilty of direct action or omission of the Provider is proven.
  • 9.7. Total liability of parties for actual proven total damage during one calendar year (legal year) anyhow mustn’t exceed the cash settlement amount equivalent to mid-value of the Provider invoices to the Customer for last three months before the month of the Providers real damages.
  • 9.8. The service Provider, in accordance to this Agreement, is on no account responsible for:
    • any action or omission that resulted actions\omissions of any third party directly or indirectly;
    • any direct\indirect damages or missed out on benefits of the Provider or the third party, irrespective of the Provider’s consequence to foresee those damages.
    • deployment (non-deployment) and any possible results of deployment (non-deployment) of the Customer to succeed the payment through the payment method chosen earlier to pay for the GoAntiFraud Services according to the present Agreement.
  • 9.9. The total liability of the Provider of the present Agreement to any claim for this Agreement conditions is limited to the amount of money paid to the Provider by the Customer during the calendar year preceding the date of receipt of the claim.
  • 9.10. The Provider is released from liability for breach of this Agreement if such a failure is caused by vis major.
  • 9.11. Agreement for a placement and/or approval by the Provider of any content and/or any changes in the content is under no circumstance imply endorsement by the Provider the right of the Customer and/or granting by the Provider to the Customer the right to any use of content objects of exclusive rights of third persons. Full responsibility for such a use, and thereof for any consequences shall be solely responsibility of the Customer.
  • 9.12. Customer is on his own responsible for:
    • compliance with all the legislation requirements, including advertising legislation, copyright and related rights, protection of trademarks and service marks, but not limited to the listed above.
    • accuracy of the information provided by the Customer when he makes an application for the provision of the Services and payment documents when making payments to the Provider
  • 9.13. The Customer independently and at his own expense shall settle all disputes and all claims of third parties, the regulations and requirements of the authorized representatives and municipal executive authorities received by Customer, and by the Provider in connection with the offering and/or other use of the content of this Agreement and/or materials that are referenced by the content, as well as to compensate all the losses and expenses incurred by the Provider in connection with such claims.
  • 9.14. In case of breaching any terms of this Agreement the Provider is entitled to suspend the provision of the Services until the Customer eliminates the violations and make amends (compensations) to the Provider caused by such breach losses in full and/or terminate this Agreement by giving notice to the Customer at the Customer's e-mail address specified in the application for the provision of the Services. Upon termination of this Contract by the Provider under this paragraph, the Provider may also by income retention recover from the Customer a penalty equal to the difference between the amount paid by the Customer advance payment for the provision of services and the cost of services actually rendered by the Provider prior to the date of termination of this Agreement.
  • 9.15. The Customer can use the service Goantifraud only within those rights and in ways that are provided in this Agreement. The ways to use the service Goantifraud, that are not expressly stated in this Agreement, shall not be considered provided to the Customer.
  • 9.16. The parties agreed that in cases of dispute, sufficient proof of the amount and cost of services under this Agreement will be represented as electronic data statistics of the Provider, available to the Customer electronically via the web-based interface on the websites of the Provider or transferred to the customer by e-mail.
  • 9.17. This Agreement, its execution and delivery conditions are governed in accordance with the current legislation of United Kingdom.

10. Termination of the Agreement

  • 10.1 This Agreement may be terminated by the customer by eliminating pre-payment for the next month or notification in writing to the Contractor. In this case, the unused balance of funds will not be returned, and the debt payment for services should be compensated by the Customer in full.
  • 10.2. This Agreement may be terminated by the Contractor in the absence of a direct fault of the Customer. The Contractor shall notify the customer in writing or by e-mail no later than ten (10) working days prior to the actual termination of the Services. In the same time period the customer is returned unused at the time of termination of this contract the balance of funds.
  • 10.3. At the initiative of the Contractor, performance of this Agreement may be terminated on the basis of improper performance of any terms of this Agreement by the Customer. In this case, the unused balance of funds will not be returned to the Customer, and arrears in the payment of services is offset by the Customer.
  • 10.4. In cases of termination of this Agreement for reasons other than those listed above, questions allocations and payments are resolved by agreement of the parties or in accordance with the law. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiations between the parties. If disputes cannot be settled by negotiation, they referred to the Arbitration Court of Inverness.
  • 10.5. Refuse services the customer can not less than twenty (20) calendar days prior to the termination of the Services to apply for a refund of content downloaded by the Customer on the servers of the Contractor in the course of using the Services. Application shall be deemed filed, if the Contractor responded it with the e-mail address of the Customer specified in the application for the Services. Content can be returned to the archive format SQL database or archive downloaded customer files.

11. Guaranties

  • 11.1. During the term of this Agreement, the Provider will make every effort to resolve technical failures and errors, if they occur for Service Goantifraud Customer . The Provider is able to not guarantee the complete absence of technical errors and failures for reasons caused by equipment failure, human error by the developers of Goantifraud service.
  • 11.2. If a technical failure or software error within the competence of the Provider under this Agreement, fully disables the use of Goantifraud service more than 24 (twenty four) hours from the moment of Provider notification, by the written request of the Customer, the subscription fee for use of the Services can be returned to the Customer for the period inability to use the Services, but not more than 20 calendar days. In other cases, the response time of the Provider to post a technical fault or error is determined by the selected tariff plan. If the availability of the Service is retained and a programming error can not be resolved promptly, the Provider must inform the Customer an estimated time to eliminate errors and, recommend an alternative solution-script of the problem for fault correction time.
    • 11.2.1. The is not at their own responsible for inability to use the service Goantifraud, if it is caused by factors outside their competence as defined by this Agreement, including quality links of the customer and his Internet access provider, software installed on the computer equipment of the Customer and end-users, software products of third parties, including used for customer prepared content, unauthoritative actions of the Customer and end-users, and others.
  • 11.3. Except for warranties provided in this Agreement, the Provider makes no other express or implied warranties hereunder.
  • 11.4. Accepting the terms and conditions of the present Offer by accepting the Offer, Customer represents and warrants to the Provider that:
    • Customer has reliable personal information and/or details of the legal entity of the Customer with an application for the provision of the Services and payment documents when making payments to the Provider. Customer awards this Agreement voluntarily, with the Provider:
    • fully acquainted with the conditions of the Offer,
    • fully understands the subject of the Offer and this Agreement,
    • fully understands the significance and consequences of their actions for the conclusion and performance of this Agreement.
    • Customer has full power and authority necessary to award and perform the present Agreement.
    • Use (occupancy) content; any information contained in the content; as well as goods and/or services that are referenced by the content of the Customer, do not violate or result violation laws in force of United Kingdom and/or the rights of third parties.
    • No information or advice given by the Provider (the responsible officer of the Provider), can not be considered as guarantee, as advice, but not technical way of providing services.

12. Privacy Policy

  • 12.1. The parties have agreed to maintain security of any information received by one party against the other in the performance of its obligations hereunder.
  • 12.2. Information considered to be public according to laws in force of the United Kingdom, including license, can’t be applied as сonfidential information according to the present Agreement.
  • 12.3. For violation of the confidentiality hereunder party committed such a breach must make amends the other party arising direct loss cased by the breach.
  • 12.4. The provisions of this Agreement are not applied in case where either of the parties under this Agreement is required to disclose confidential information to the competent authorities in accordance with the laws in force of United Kingdom.

13. Circumstances of insuperable force (force majeure)

  • 13.1. Each of the parties indemnifies and hold harmless on full or partly default of commitments according to the present Agreement, if it proves with reasons that those were circumstances of insuperable force having taken place after the present Agreement was awarded, such as fire, explosion, flood, earthquake, strike, fighting, government decision to force majeure, which couldn’t be foreseen, prevented or taken to the consideration before the present Agreement awardance
  • 13.2. Exoneration is valid only for the period during which there is evidence of force majeure circumstances and their consequences.
  • 13.3.At the commencement and termination of force majeure party shall promptly notify them in writing to the other party.
  • 13.4. The notice must include information on the nature of the circumstances and official documents proving the existence of such circumstances as far as possible valuing consequences of providing the present Agreement’s provisions as well as the terms of providing.
  • 13.5.The presence of force majeure and the influence and duration must be attestated officially by state agent of authoritative body or party representative.
  • 13.6. In the above cases, the period of performance of the obligations hereunder increases in proportion to the time during such circumstances and their consequences are present.
  • 13.7. If the circumstances of force majeure and the consequences continue for more than two months, the parties hold additional negotiations to find acceptable alternative methods of execution of this Agreement.
  • 13.8. In the event that occurred as force majeure continue for more than six months or more, each of the parties has the right to refuse performing its obligations hereunder.

14 Terms of Agreement

  • 14.1. This Agreement is concluded for a period of one year. Agreement shall be automatically extended for the next year, if there is no rejection of the extension of the Agreement by either of the parties.
